Spa Escape is a portal for booking treatments and services of the most prestigious and exclusive world’s luxury spas.

 

2) How can I book?
Reservations are made directly online on our website www.thespaescape.com or on mobile apps. After identifying, the spa of your interest you can select the type of treatments and services you want from those offered by the spa, select the day and time, insert the name and e-mail address and then proceed to payment. Once performed this procedure you will receive all the details by email.

 

3) Does every reservation also include a stay?
Booking of the stay is not mandatory. With Spa Escape you can book the single treatment or wellness program offered by the spa.

 

4) What are the data needed to make the reservation?
To book treatments and services offered by the spa, only a name, a valid email address and a valid credit or debit card are required.

 

5) When and where does the payment take place?
Payment is made directly to our site via a valid credit or debit card. We accept all kind of credit cards.

 

6) Is it possible to cancel the reservation? Is the cancellation free? When is the cancellation deadline?
The cancellation of the treatment or service offered by the spa must be made before midnight of the day before. Generally cancellation is free, exceptions may occur specifically upon the spa’s request.

 

7) Is the price of the treatment or service for one or two people?
The price of the treatment is generally for a single person, unless it is expressly indicated in the treatment description or detail.

 

8) Do I need any form of identification while checking in?
A valid form of identification must be presented to the spa for every guest.

 

9) How will my personal data be used?
The data will be used in respect of privacy as required by Legislative Decree 196 of 2003.

 

10) How much does it cost to book online with Spa Escape?
Booking is completely free.

The reservation confirmation is up to the spa and generally takes place within a few minutes.
